影视简介：浅见光彦是一个走遍日本名山大川，对各地的历史，传说，名物以及风土人情进行采访和报道的记者。在去各地采风的过程中，他总会碰巧遇到各种各样的事件。秉持着好奇心和正义感的光彦，每次都会为了破解事件而绞尽脑汁，有的时候实在是没有办法了，还会求助于sir局局长的哥哥。他33岁，未婚，是个自由采访记者。虽然祖先从明治时代一直担任高官，他亦是家势显赫的「浅见家大少爷」，但他的生活常常是窘困且毫无馀裕的。每次只要碰上事件，他总是能马上精辟的推理能力，常让现场的刑警灰头土脸。他最喜欢开着爱车Soarer勇往直前的去解决案件。由于他这种积极主动的个性，偶尔会被误认为是凶手，当大家知道原来他是警视厅刑事局长的胞弟时，原本态度恶劣的刑警突然180度转变，变得非常配合浅见光彦。
